Ruth earned her master’s in counseling from West Texas A&M University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Counseling & Psychology specializing in Trauma, Crisis, & Disaster Therapy. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the MIND portion of our center and programs. As a REBOOT Recovery Instructor, she facilitates a peer-led & faith-based Trauma Recovery course. Ruth currently offers programs as a Professional Life Coach. She is a Certified Therapy Dog Handler for the Animal Assisted Therapy program, art teacher, and practiced empath & spiritual journey guide. Texas panhandle born and raised provides a passion for not only the Texas panhandle, but also a love for the great people that live here!

Life’s journey brings us many twists, turns, and curves on the path we are traveling. As a guide, Ruth will meet you where you are on your life’s journey and be a guide to walk with you when you need it.

9-1-1 Helping Hands- Being a guiding light for the emergency responders whose path has darkened will be our never-ending passion…

Tiffany has been in EMS for the past seventeen years. The last fourteen years has been serving as a medic here in the Texas panhandle. She enjoys being a mom to her two kids and spending time with her two dogs. In addition to her EMS work, Tiffany has been a real estate agent for the past two years.

Her passion lies in providing a safe space for responders in all fields to support each other, learn, and grow. Her programs provide interactional education to manage PTSD, learn personal incident debriefing strategies, and to offer a refuge outside of their workplace. Through the program, first responders will grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually fit.

A woman with a heart for people, healing, PTSD recovery, & suicide prevention - Jennifer

Jennifer was born and raised in Canyon, Texas. She has been married for over 20 years to her husband who is a veteran. She spent the first four years of their marriage as a military spouse stationed in Germany; during this time, she worked as a teacher’s aide.

Once returning stateside, Jennifer graduated from West Texas A&M University with her bachelor's in early childhood education. She is the proud mom to three children, whom she homeschools. For years, she has been self-employed with Young Living Essential Oils- teaching people about health and wellness.
